Double/Twin en suite as a SINGLE Room from £65 (depending on time of year) including a hearty Northumbrian breakfast & private off road parking.

Twin bedded en suite room with an extra bed (TRIPLE)  from £85 per night for two adults & a child sharing including a hearty Northumbrian breakfast & private off road parking.

A deposit of £50 per room is payable and is non refundable. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date the full balance will be payable unless we are able re-let the room.

You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover for cancellation

PLEASE NOTE: Guests wishing to arrive prior to 4.30pm during the week or weekends for a wedding or function are welcome to do so, should it be convenient, BUT for a small extra charge of £10.
